They're issued by customer service if something goes awry and the agent requests it.

Stuff like JIT load being late, and no communication.

What happened? Just couldn't get out of bed.
    That's not gonna fly.

If someone just shines on a load, books a better load after committing to another one, that will definitely get you one.

I understand, makes sense but this old man requires about 5 hours sleep and I've never been late on a load except for equipment issues or a delay at a previous, never run out hours before a delivery or a p/u.

You're going to get lots of advice.

Unless you're experiencing at flatbed, or hell bent on making a go of it, just use a company van.

That's a lot more than I give most people.

    Good luck.

I wouldn’t mind a cat, but walking the cat outside must be challenging.

They ride you Hard for anything but moderate braking ?

That was the one thing that was bad at my old company.

You step on the brakes hauling an empty on the farm because the Mexican manure mover on his tractor came flying around the he corner in the dark counted as a HardBrake.

Are they a self dispatch company? Like you're basically just using them for authority?

They are a self dispatch company. Open deck only. Flats and steps. You make 75% if you book a load from their in house loadboard. If you don't find anything interesting in their loadboard they let you book a load from an outside loadboard like DAT or truckstop.com, you name it and you make up to 83%. I don't work for Admiral Merchants.
