So.. something overlooked and/or operator error most likely. No tug test or visual after a hook. I thought if you do a high hook you would not be able to pull the trailer...if the shank is not in the opening then the jaws won't shut, will they?
I've been told about drivers pulling the handle but if that's a possible reason it's still not a likely explanation, is it?FoolsErrand Thanks this. -
A high hook is quite hard to uncouple. Itll pass a tug test or 3. You need to look and tug.
