Perterbilt issues
Good morning gentlemen
So I have been patient and have kept my cool through all of this. I showed up Saturday like I had said and nobody showed up. Not Thomas or David. Wasting my time and efforts to get truck up there. It’s been a horrible experience dealing with Thomas. Now that I have some history behind to y’all shop, sounds to me like that y’all don’t care about your work. And y’all are crooks. Just looking for the next payout.
With that’s being said....I need that truck like it was arranged with Thomas. And fixed with all the issues we found.
I had an arrangement with Thomas on how I wanted the truck and if he couldn’t do it then he shouldn’t have taken the job.
“He said he would give me an amazing looking truck and would do a great job, etc”.
He said I would have to put an extra 7k so I do and paid before I saw the truck not ready or to my liking. I proceeded with the purchase to give him the benefit of the doubt but it’s been nothing but lies.
I need the truck the way I was promised or my money back ASAP.
I am seeking council as we speak.
I have documented everything Thomas has told me. And he has failed to do as he’s said.
I was told I’d get my fuel paid, hotel, for travels up there and that was a lie.
David has never answered me.
This was the original arrangement between Thomas and I and that’s what I want! He said he’d do it so I expect that.
I came up with the money so that was enough. Again if not I’ll take a refund for truck.
Original arrangement

Documented !!!

@Eryck21 ...I moved your post to the "Bad Company" forum because it didn't quite fit anywhere else.
I hope you get this issue resolved. Let us know what happens so other people won't be victimized. -

Over a decade ago, I went looking to buy a truck. If you look in the truck paper, you see all kinds of ads advertised from this place in Gulfport. I looked into it. When I was looking, they were selling used trucks and offering a warranty. The thing that didn’t sit right with me is how a place can say that they offer a warranty, but in the small print say things about how you have to get all of your maintenance done at their shop. That is SUICIDE. If you have to use a specific shop, that shop can clean your bank account at will. Because of that, I wouldn’t touch them.
I am hoping some of the other guys will chime in. If you do a search on this site on Gulfport Mississippi, various threads will pop up.
Luck in battle, friend.clausland, Lonesome, singlescrewshaker and 1 other person Thank this. -
Make sure you, along with any other legal action you take, report them to the Mississippi Attorney General.
