@LtlAnonymous These guys been sticking around or are they just having that much trouble hiring? They were blowing my phone up there for awhile so I figured a lot of guys were quitting.

 

We are BOOMING. Some guys have washed out due to stealing clock time and some other anecdotal issues I've heard, but nothing confirmed. I honestly don't even know how many people are at my terminal anymore. The seniority list got too big to post on the board.

 

So to answer your question a little more directly, nobody has lost their job due to lack of volume, only due to fireable offenses.

 

I hope they bless us with some decent experienced drivers, unlike the one that passed me on I30 in Texas yesterday. There was a broke down on the shoulder, I moved over to left lane, here comes buster brown in his white Freight shaker, passed me on the right, between me and the broke down. He was occupied on the phone and couldn’t give a shi7 less.

 

Every company has jack@@@es driver. Fortunately you and I and most drivers aren’t. Buster is no exception but the bad ones are definitely an exception and not the rule.

 

I've had a couple issues with the new guys. We're doing our best to teach them, but there are a lot of them. We'll get it straight.

 

Still hiring in Chicago..just slowed a bit cuz alot of people don't want to run teams..even though the starting pay is really good..

 

They are only hiring for teams right? Is it M-F?
