I saw a guy who used a roller wheel (for abs) in his cab. Feet under the bunk, roll diagonally to the passenger door area
My truck, nah. Your truck? Maybe....Scoot 1971 Thanks this. -

It's all priorities. Never enough room... like putting 10 lbs of stuff in a 5lb bag lol -
A hard rain over time will get most of the body fluids up in truck parking areas. However, I would advise against doing exercises on any kind of pavement. I know a young man that cut his arm just above his left wrist in a parking area. Took 3 trips to the ER as well as several scripts of antibiotics to stop the infection he got as a result.
MericanMade Thanks this. -
Workout at the shippers and rcvrs lots. Not the truckstop. Nasty.

You wouldn't believe some of the nasty stuff I pour or leave in the truck stop parking lot . I dare you to stick your face down there

Before this Covid crap I would uber or bobtail to planet fitness or local boxing gyms depending on city . I carry Jump rope and boxing gear . If I ran 10 days I probably got 3 to 4 workouts in , in a pinch I would pop open the trailer doors and Jump rope 10 minutes straight , 50 pushups and 50 crunches. Ppl who say it can be done usually have made up their mind and honestly have no intention of working out , you either have the drive and energy or you dont . For me physical health and mental health go hand and hand together. When I make it home I converted half my garage into a gym , Olympic bench and treadmill along with yoga mats and punching bag . Goodluck
SoulScream84, MericanMade and autopaint Thank this. -
I tend to do most all of my workouts at rest areas. I do push-ups on grass with gloves, literally the gloves and my shoes are the only things touching the ground. I've done this while docked as well.
We can think of a million reasons for not being active. Sometimes you just have to be creative. -
