Doubt it. His case was prosecuted by the US Attorney Generals office, which is FEDERAL. More than likely his CDL is permanently revoked for life. He’s DONE!

Not even Carolina Cargo,Western Express or a Chicagoland 1099 outfit would touch him. He’s officially roached for the rest of his life!!

He could just hop in a truck any old how. Guys are caught driving without CDL's.

    Rideandrepair and buddyd157 Thank this.

He could, and then if he’s caught again,he’ll do an even longer stint in Club Fed! 3 years can turn into 20-and there’s no time off for good behavior in the federal judicial system-you have to serve 80 to 100% of the sentence!
Remember that he’ll be under supervision after he gets out of prison, which basically means he’ll be on parole and I’m sure they’ll have terms of his supervised release which include not even looking at a CMV, let alone driving one!

They don't revoke your CDL for a Federal offense. I have a friend in California that did 5 years and he is driving now. You also do at least 85% of your time in Federal. Now the Meth and scales, along with the weapon are going to make it very hard to get work. It all depends on the crime.

Drug/human/weapon smuggling and money laundering anyone?
For better reference,go down to the I-35 CBP
checkpoint outside of Laredo,Texas. They have a sign posting how many CDLs have been revoked.
Remember this clown was busted in Idaho, where they recently busted drivers hauling industrial grade hemp, bill of lading and all. Having what this guy possessed is going to make the authorities there go ape****! And all he did was break down!

Let’s not also forget this guy is from California-and that sends up all kinds of red flags in other states.

Some people just aren't very bright.
    Sawed off, meth, scales.

You hear of people getting busted all the time after being stopped for stupid reasons, like tag lights, excessive speed, running stop signs, headlight out, tinted windows, etc.

If I were going to run dope I would pretrip a Chevy Chevette like a Mad Man and drive like an 80yo on Sunday.

Rideandrepair, Cattleman84 and mjd4277 Thank this.
