I have a Detroit 60 motor in my freightliner(glidder). Engine is rebuilt 1994 on 2017 chassis. I got a pm service and had them change the srs and trs sensors. Now my truck runs like crap for 1 min and shuts off. Mechanic says he got air in the lines by leaving the fuel filter cover off too long (30 min). Any ideas? I'm still waiting on it to run right.
Wont start

How long have you had it running? Air should purge out pretty quickly.
Any chance there's an adjustment for the gap on those sensors? Wires/connectors weren't damaged when sensors were changed?blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
Not that I'm aware of. Pretty much a single bolt on each sensor and plug and play.

Shows "eco 128" and engine light is now on.

Easy to get those sensors mixed up. One is slightly longer than other.
blairandgretchen and AModelCat Thank this. -
Look on the side of the motor next to the fuel filter for a hand pump.
Might need to turn it counter clockwise to pull it out. Pump it untill your arm falls off... Then do it again.
If it starts, rev it up high for 3-5 minutes.RocketyMan Thanks this. -
