They're next on my list, but I don’t really have anything bad to say yet. Some of the smoothest drivers I’ve seen. Something will come to mind eventually. LOL

    I need some advice...

I was buying work gloves at TS. You know the yellow ones, but $18 for something I wear out in 6 months sucks. I found a set a Walmart for $8 and it has lasted the same amount of time, but everytime I get sweaty they turn my hands yellow.

the gloves are used for fueling and when I tailgate loads. They see a lot of action.
I like all leather. The fabric ones just absorb diesel and smell. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I use these for all flatbed work. Straps, chains , tarps. Everything. Just dont get them wet or they will break once dried out. 25 dollars at home depot but u get the flexibility of the cloth glove and durability of the leather work glove .

These are what I usually get. They hold up pretty well.

Most stores have a wide selection of gloves to choose from. They seem to have them on sale about every other month, like a buck off, sometimes more.

    I use that line often.

your lack of attention does not constitute an emergency on my part.

yesterday I had 15.5 hrs left in my 70 for the week. round trip takes 15-ish for the loads I've been pounding north from Nisku all week...get to the location, there's 3 Cat packers to choose from. 2 are dead, batteries too low to start, third one fires up. get it loaded, company man shows up and wants me to boost the other two and get them running for the other trucks that are coming. long weekend, doesn't want to call a mechanic in.

    yeah, sorry.

made it home for my reset with 30 minutes to spare.

I use 2 pair of gloves one rubber for fueling and a leather for working. Keeping fuel off the leather ones they hold up for a couple years.

How do you you get diesel on your gloves that bad?

You know, you could start smoking three packs a day, you won't even smell the diesel after a while. ;)
