I seen that but mine is different I don't have the glass cover on it it's a regular fuel filter and top of it I just don't know how I should prime it or what

Had the same on my 1981 IH cabover. Worked great on it. When moving it let enough air through cab heater i didn't have to run the heater fan. On not real cold days. Of course inlet was on the front of the cab so...oh and the actuator motor never quit. Just operate it yourself, like a crank window.

Hmm mayby wasn't moving the door inside? Don't know. Think conventional IH had inlet on left with a small air scoop. Don't know how functional they were. On the front ,the old cabinover pushed some wind lol.

    Coffey Thanks this.

i too had a 1980's cabovers, some were IH, some were freight shakers.

    hated them to hell.

first time i got into a hood, i never went back, and down right refused jobs that had them.
