Way to low. I think I'd start by replacing pressure regulator and check valve in filter base

If you had metal in your filters one of the regulators could have something stuck in them. But I don't see how a little coolant could have caused your fuel pump to make metal that fast. Obviously coolant isn't great on parts but...you couldn't have had much coolant running through there if you didn't have much or any in your tanks. The only time you should have got any coolant in fuel is possibly when you shut down. That's the only time coolant pressure is greater than fuel pressure. But the whole situation seems screwed up. Usually with bad cups you get fuel in coolant and lots of it

You sure you were trying to put it in the right hole? I think, think, there's 2 different ones you can replace. A check valve and a regulator

There wasn’t a whole lot of coolant. Just barely enough to be in filter and not much else.

Check valve in on the right side underneath, goes in threads facing up. Regulator I'm not sure, never replaced mine. Honestly I'd just start pulling things out until you find a hole it fits in. I believe the accert regulator is supposed to increase fuel pressure nicely and as far as I know should fit in any C-15
