I haven't had a run anything less than 3500 miles a week since before all this covid stuff started... So I have no problem burning my 70.

Are you saying you are having trouble driving your 11 hours per day and using all of your 14 hours of on-duty time?

    What is your exact problem?

Main problem is 70 frequently get decent loads meaning 500 plus however then frequently sit waiting on pulling trigger to possibly get to better lanes :-(. Not sure if keep mouth shut bear with it or move :-(. 30 truck fleet great no micromanaging so mb suck up and deal with :-( thanx for advice just thinking my bad we not supposed to lmao :)

A 30 truck fleet should NEVER have trucks sitting. Sounds like dispatch, or who ever is in chatge of finding loads, doesnt know what they are doing.

I very very rarely sit... I usually know what my next load is a day before I deliver my current load. We have 70 trucks in our fleet and 2 dispatchers for over the road drivers. One dispatcher does loads going from Rockies to Mid West, second dispatcher does loads going from Mid West to the Rockies. All drivers deal with both dispatchers. Zero BS, zero micro managing... Dispatch tells me where load is going and whenbit needs to be there.... I choose my route, I chose where I fuel, I choose where I stop and when.

I would be looking for a new company if I was you.
