Had Gary Oldman, Gerald Butler..and that guy from one of the John Wick shows.. He’s one of “Oh, Yeah, that guy.” When you see him.

That would be a non issue on paper, especially if those 5 minutes elapsed in the same zip code.

    Isn’t progress great?

I took the violation... My eld shows where I'm located in such a fashion that it is plainly obvious if I'm actually traveling or just circling a large lot. It shows how far I am from the nearest city in miles, and what compass direction I am from same city. (Ex: 2.5 miles SSW Idahofalls, ID)...

Id rather have a 7 min violation for going over hours than get caught "Falsifying" my log. We have had several drivers in the last 2 years that have gotten nailed with "falsified logs" by DOT for logging similar situations as PC.

I will "Work" my log as much as I can... But I will not falsify it in a way that is blatantanly obvious.

10,4!! I wonder which one would be worse to a dot officer doing inspection... pc or violation... would be a good question to ask .. I only said pc because my thinking is that they may just glance over something like that and not put much thought into it... where as violation is kinda just screaming at them " hey hey mr officer write me a ticket " ... dang good for nothin elogs

If i have situation like this I do switch to off then PC then return to this place on PC and log on duty when driving time is back. You finish and start from the same place. 100% legal.
