Hi, I am driving a truck with air issues. The first is the air dryer won't stop leaking, like continuous, not talking about poping off every 10 seconds. I think the air dryer needs rebuilt. The second issue is the air suspension on the drive axles, when loaded it won't air up all the way, the bags do have some air in them. Any ideas on what to do, thanks in advance.

Air dryers are not expensive. Get a new one then in the future change the desiccant filter every year or so.

Can you adjust the height on your air bags at the leveling valve? Is the leveling valve even working? Disconnect the rod and find out.

If the air is not getting much over 90lbs the air bags will not fill up all the way?

Should be fill full as under 34,000 load pressure in bags is around 55 PSI

Many trucks won’t release air to air bags until tanks are 80 to 90 psi. It’s to preserve air for braking purposes ..

Its probably the pop off valve but it's cheaper to buy a new one than rebuild in most cases . You can by pass it but than risk getting moisture in the lines , it's only recommended to get you to your destination and than a shop .

Oh I forgot to add, the tank popet valve is popping off every 30 seconds or so at around 150 psi and the bags have air in them just not full with a load on. Air govenor was replaced about 2000 miles ago.

It is highly probable that your complete air drier is bad. You may also have some clogged air line, most likely from the compressor to air drier. Part of the reason it is essentially over pressuring the system is the unloader control system is not working correctly.

A new complete air drier unit is around $200.00. They are easy to replace if you have the correct tools. Should take less than an hour to do.
