Here is the problem. When the truck is running, the sleeper air doesn't work at all. Hot or cold. When I run my compressor, the floor vent and one vent on the bottom bunk works, and while the air will blow very hot, it doesn't get very cold. I changed out the filter, thinking that might help. Any ideas?

i would trey some simple things first, like trying to get to the rear evap box, open it up, clean it out. you can use "canned air" or low pressure air hose.

there "could be" a dust build up accumulation in there.

the trucks that i have driven, had the front evap box up under the passenger side, under the dash area. that too, gets dust built up, try same thing as the sleeper evap box.
