I have a 2012 cascadia with dd13 check engine light on. Dash shows three codes ,hvac ,inlet nox sensor ,low coolant. Hook up computer can not retrive those codes or clean anything. Ihave no resistance at C andD terminals at Diagnostic port. Also shows with computer hooked up no power to ecm module but i do hear the solenoids clicking when key turned on. This code does not show up in dash display no ABS light. Looking for terminating resistors unable to find. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you an OO? Your datalinks at your connector could've been removed or modified with if your truck was part of a fleet at one point or something.

Last 6 of vin I can look up wiring for you.

It is good that you have Diagnostic Link. I would stick with that vs any other interpreter.

If you have DLink connected and nothing is showing up, you need to check diagnostic CAN on your 9 pin. The solenoids clicking is just your ABS module initializing and only audibly tells you that.

Pins C&D should have 60 ohms total terminating resistance with ALL power disconnected to the truck. Other things could be talking on the bus and not give you accurate readings. Pins H&J are terminated internally to the CGW I believe.

Did you disconnect the batteries? Did you verify your multi meter is set to ohms? Did you verify the back of the 9 pin is connected to the J1939 backbone? Did you try tapping into another 1939 node on the backbone?

You should have another 2 pin deutsch connector that is roughly 250 mm away from the 9 pin.
