No i have gone after them, and like any other scum company, its to the point where i have to drag their rears into court. which im 90% sure i can win with everything i have put together, but if im going to lay out $5K, I much prefer to 100% sure, and with one or 2 other OOs that got screwed not only will I have 100% change to win, but ill get the satisfaction of screwing them worse, because they will have to pay me and one or 2 others. OUCH !!!
So seriously, if you know ANYONE that has worked for AGS or LS Trucking the say the past 5 years, they got screwed on every load, and if they are willing to join me, darn good change they can get their money back. I lost anywhere from $100-$300 per load, so depending on how many loads someone pulled that could add up fast.
