Sounds like the same clowns at Inland that I dealt with, particularly the woman in finance. I worked the best price I could get out of them under the premise that I was going to finance a big chunk, then dropped the bomb that I wasn't going to finance the equipment, but pay cash. They tried to figure out ways to increase the price but I held them to the original deal. Not a very pleasant experience.

Two more days off, I'm enjoying it. Just getting ready to feed my dog.

Thing about a new equipment purchase is that either do it now or in another 6 years. Gliders, Reefers, New Cummins X15s down pay today and ride it tomorrow...all the money from the government everyone is getting now...better hurry up too.

Too bad that there is no traditional DOT blitz expected this time of the year. I am sure I could, traditionally, score a goodrun. My truck and trailer have been in perfect shape and my CSA score is 0. The prepass is always green for me, I am eager to leave and help the country with Covid-19 relief loads but I got committed to too many things to do around the house, which I enjoy too. Maybe I should build myself a gazebo too. The weather in Chicago is beautiful. No humid and the temps are in the 80s. Enjoy while it lasts.
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.
