I have a 03 international 4200 vt365. I died on me a few times over the last few months and seemed to be loosing power when it warmed up. Always restarted once cooled off until a month ago. It died and would not start. Towed it home. Air tested the high pressure oil system and found a leak on a injector. replaced it and truck started but if I shut it off it would not restart Put a gauge on it and it had 700 psi when it would start but when shut it down it would only get 400 psi. I have replaced the hoop, ipr, icp sensor and the gerotor. still hasn't solved my issue. running out of time and money fast! Need help!

I feel for you! That is a lot of time and money spent right there.
For those of you do not know that is the same basic engine as the dreaded 6 liter Ford.
Diesel Ron on You Tube has a lot of information on them as well as some other guys.
Possible relief or dump valve in the primary oil pump? You can get the pan off on your truck unlike a Ford.
I had a seal failure in a Dorman supply tube to an injector manifold after about 6 months. Installation? Product? Nature of the beast?
Do not overlook something because you have been there. Always start at the beginning.
I thank the Ford 6.0 hooks up to OBD II while the IHC uses a large truck style 9 pin. Limits small truck guys working on them.

There are two tubes that supply high pressure oil to the rails. the O-rings on the fail and cause hard start problems when warm. If you had a leaking O-ring I would replace all on both sides as they are a known problem area.

What inderjit said. Had a 6.0 with similar issues. Found out pressure on the injector rails were low. Ended up doing all new o-rings on each injector as watching them while cranking, the oil was gushing out of the connection between the bridge and the top of the injector.

That solved the issue for us. F550 work truck that was neglected to hell.
