Been working for this company for a number of years. Lots of shenanigans, dispatchers getting fired for mismanaging accounts, Etc. Constantly trying to get the driver to do more for Less. The less the driver gets paid, the higher the commission for the dispatcher. Recently, the director of the branch, Melissa Rogers, decided not to pay me what I was owed for two weeks. It's not just greed, it's because they look better to headquarters taking in more then they pay out. This affects the manager's bonus positively. Do not work for this company.

You do know that the first sentence surrenders all credibility. Smacking a company that you spent years at looks petty.

I tried to pay out more than I took in, but I soon discovered I could no longer afford raisins and brown sugar on my oatmeal.

If this is any relation to all the other TransForce locations, I worked for them out of the Arlington Texas office at a customer that was a recycle plant. Recycling paper, plastic, cardboard, and some glass. When I say reycle, that's not to say that is all they received. It was a straight up garbage collection facility that was used to sort through all that junk to salvage the plastic they could sell to other places for recycle, as well as make recycled cardboard. I was paid $18 per hour, with overtime, but very rarely even did a drivers job. It was disgusting. Rats all over the place, trash had to be picked by hand out of these "bales" of trash trying to make it look like it was mostly plastic. Had to part ways when they wouldn't put me on with a different customer of theirs, though. I wasn't a garbage man, and apparently could not operate a forklift fast enough for them either.
Lonesome Thanks this. -
May the TransForce be with you!
