2000 bus dt466e into 2003 4300 sba dt466e

    Hello as mentioned above I need a motor for my 2003 4300 tow truck. I'm small time but am 3rd yr heavy duty and do my own mechanical on my fleet of 6 semis. Current engine had dog bone break and roller turned wiped cam. Engine had 850k and 22k hrs. Head removed confirmed all above. No recent work done to engine. I found a 2000 int bus with a dt466e with 260k for cost of 2I fo rmw is a good deal. Cam alone for mine is 2500 for stealer. I know the valve cover intake inlet will be dif also altenator bracket, exhaust manifold, turbo will be dif from bus to my 4300 but the basic long should be the same should it not? I dont mind doing all that and them some to get it going. Just wondering I know mine is 230 hp but unsure of bus and if I lose 40 hp I'm not bothered. I'm guessing the long block is the same but ecm and harness will be dif. But I should only need plug for icp sensor iat, valve cover plug for injector, ipr and obvious other engine management coolants oils etc . Would the injectors be the same but tuned dif when driven by bus ecm? The trans for both engine is eaton 7 spd. Any hiccups I'm missing?
