Been with Prime going on 2 years on the flatbed side leasing with the standard walk away deal. I am about to be putting in my notice and was wondering is two weeks sufficient and if there is any other tips to make the process as smooth as possible I would appreciate it.

Two weeks is sufficient. Review your contract if you have not already done so. It should clearly state what the process consist of and what is required. Have the truck washed and detailed before you turn it in.

I keep my own maintenance fund outside of their nonsense. You're right about the tire fund though.

I think 2 weeks is sufficient. I also would take pix and video of the truck before you turn it in, and have a Prime employee inspect the truck. Hopefully they have some sort of inspection form you can both complete and sign. This will protect you, if damage is discovered later that you didn't do

I've heard the leasing department recommend and invite drivers to schedule your truck inspection for when you plan to arrive to turn the truck in and BE THERE during the inspection so you can go over anything that would cause you to incur charges with the inspector and clear up anything you need to over those issues in person.
