I'm not saying it doesn't happen or that people don't get away with it because the customer doesn't question whether that can legally happen. My question is what was your plan if they had told you to f off and showed up with the spare keys and drove off anyway, or called the sheriff? How did the TA keep you from doing exactly that?
What's the punishment for deleting DEF?

It only works on people who don’t know any better or people who believe truckstop counter stories. If they’ve done no work, or they’ve done work and you’ve paid them for what was done they can’t hold your property.

I know a guy that had his truck deleted last march after non stop problems and down time , he put 11k into it in 10 months and still wasnt fixed .
Hasn't been in the shop since other than maintenance.
He doesent run cali anymore..nothing removed and zero smoke ...will never see a dealer again for any engine work .
Another friend had his maxxfarce deleted ..zero issues since .
I was steadfast against against deletes until recently but ya gotta draw a line sooner or later between bankruptcy and paying your taxes and child support.tonyjcam44, BoostedTeg, csmith1281 and 6 others Thank this. -
