Florida ticket for distance between axles

Not sure about that, only got fined once about 10 years ago in Nova Scotia and that ran around .50 per kilo in Canadian $

 

Must be a kick they are on now.
I run the state regularly and don’t often see them break out the measuring wheel.

 

you must be a western driver. not many states have the law.

even down near LA and Texas they run the tandems all the way back.

east of the Miss river and I knew every state or at least looked it up in the atlas.

and the ticket is way more than an over weight one.

 

Drivers fault and honestly the company should’ve known better. It’s a Kpra violation. Get the yearly permit. It’s yellow and real easy to find in your alphabetized by state permit book.
