I’m a driver trainer, so whenever there is info involving the company I usually get it sent to my personal email. Not sure if that will continue under heniff or not

My biggest gripe lately has been the total lack of communication. I have heard all kind of rumors about how the pay package is changing but nothing confirmed.. I'm waiting out either way to see but still some answers would be nice. One thing I have been told by a few heniff guys is there local work can go into overtime and the radius is also 150 miles compared to 125... this could be a very good thing for my terminal as a company driver if it is in fact true.
On a side note I thought for superior the personal days and vacation were different? But from what I saw in the app it shows all as one? -
Posted from a Heniff driver back on page 24 .... There are other post showing benefits, ect
Heniff's pay scale:
For Regional and OTR
Percentage pay 27 or 28% not exactly positive, hourly starts at $23.hr
Local starts at $23. Hr with ot after 40
Raises at $1 hr after 1,3,5 years
After 1 year you get 14 vacation days
6 or 7 holidays, saftey bonuses monthly.
For me (local driver)its usually $150-250 a month.
401k with company match, its basically
$25 match for $100, they'll match up to 8% max.

From what I was told though the info is not correct and will be different somewhat regionally similar to how it is now for superior. But who knows at this point...
I'm really curious about the radius though there is a ton of work at my terminal that is just over 125 miles which ends up making the day honestly not worth it. -
ttypewe4jim Thanks this.

DEllis Thanks this.

Heniff also gives a cash safety bonus which superior doesn't.... we'd rather have cash over a certificate and a hat. -
Superior is also running short on trailers, talked to a regional driver out of Pasadena Tx, there are at least 20-30 trailers in Mexico waiting to get unloaded or sitting in Laredo Tx waiting to go into Mexico to unload. After helping local dispatch out with a pre-load on Friday, I had to go chase empty trailers at various customers throughout the Houston/Pasadena area to try and compensate for the missing trailers
