    You could try moving the fifth wheel forward and maybe get some of that onto your steers. Too much work for me though. I'd run with it.

    Run it. Years ago I was fined in Virginia for 300 over and it was only 49 bucks. No scale from Florida to Virginia gave me trouble.

    Ah.. The old days of having to get in and move 8 or 10 boxes of fruit around to "balance" the
    axles. Sliding tandems came in late for me.

    CAT scale has policy to pay your ticket if weigh is not accurate. So CAT scales set slightly plus to prevent it. On DOT scales you will be less then 34K on this axle.
