    Looks like right across from the 6mm sign the ground must have gotten super soft and he couldn't pull it up over the lip of the shoulder?

    That's him on the phone standing by the truck.

    Personally I think he was on his phone, but odds are in the same situation my passenger steer tire might magically loose pressure.

    Maybe it's one of those areas where the road is so rough that it's better to ride on the shoulder, and the dude got one tire off the road and it started pulling the whole truck to the right, but with his tablet balanced on his steering wheel it was kinda difficult to get it going back in the right direction.
