Am I shooting myself in the foot by buying a truck that isn't allowed in California?

Mercer seems to be just as good as Landstar. I considered them. And may again.

    This.

I just qualified with a ‘99 FLD with a ‘98 motor. I know others on this site that run pre 2000 trucks at Landstar.

The only bummer, if it matters to you, about running a paper log truck at Landstar, is that you can’t run paper.

Why do constantly see old fld's and Ch's pulling out of Global then? All them pier rats running up and down 81.......lots of old iron banging around the ports still.
