In your experience, other then word of mouth, friends, acquaintances, Craigslist ( scary ), what websites have you used in order to look for drivers looking for work?

    thanks in advance

You’re a new carrier. You will probably have to spend good money to go after good drivers. You will need to be W-2 with above average pay and benefits to attract good drivers that already have good jobs at another carrier. If your pay is average or below and you’re going to 1099 your employees illegally then you will be attracting a lower level of drivers that are looking for work.

You can use the general job boards but I’m going to warn ya you’re getting the whole barrel when you go there. That means it’s a mix of bottom of the barrel and the top. Higher pay and w-2s will attract better drivers. 1099 will attract the flip flop greasey tank top guys.
