Forget all the nonsense, you can thank me later. Safe travels driver. ( I tried to take screenshots and upload but it didn't work. Anyhow go to Google playstore, download/ use truckmap app [ icon looks like an interstate sign] be sure to go through settings and adjust to your circumstances) and keep it updated, otherwise it will screw up. Ive used it all over the country it does pretty good.

I don't think there is a way out for trucks without paying. They know everyone wants to flee this state with their belongings in hand.

If you're in a 4wheeler heading west, the Northampton Street Bridge going into Easton is free.

Also, here's a funfact: The toll for us is $462 to send a push/pull superload over the GWB.

    Ke6gwf and bad-luck Thank this.

It is hard to see exactly where that is. But there is no toll going from Easton on route 33 in to New Jersey. I think it's free to come back maybe but I can't remember

That’s roughly halfway between the crossings on 22 and 80.

Looks like it might be a light bridge anyway though.

It’s been a couple of years but I95 at Trenton has no toll.

They now charge a toll to enter Pennsylvania on 95. I think is $20

I’m surprised they didn’t put a toll there a long time ago.

I agree. But with the high fuel taxes they put up a new toll, the roads are still terrible.

They actually finished I-95 a couple years ago when they opened that new interchange in Bristol, PA.

Coming up from DE the way to do it is get on 295 north after crossing into NJ over the bridge and run that up to exit 56/Rising Sun Rd. Drive by the Petro, make a left at the Loves and jump on the Turnpike north from there and it will save you a few bucks compared to running the turnpike the whole way. Done that like a million times when I ran containers in New Jersey for a few years. Another one is don't ever go into NY on the GWB unless it's like 3am. You'll still save some money running 17 and 287 up around the Tappan Zee Bridge if you are trying to get up into CT or New England. If got forbid you get sent out to Long Island run over the Goethals onto 278 through Staten Island and Brooklyn to 495. They've got that fixed up pretty good now and it saves a bridge toll. Leaving out of Long Island run up over the Throggs Necks and back across the Bronx on 95. Not too bad going out that way.
