And, can you stop somewhere every 3 hours to stretch/walk for 15 minutes?

You can use the stereo system. Local jobs allow a lot of walking.

I listen to Pandora/ Audible all day no problem, as far as exercising during the day that will depend on time frames for loads.

I stop every couple of hours take a walk around the truck. Just make sure you plan for those extra stops you'll be fine. Just don't blare it like some idiots to where you can't hear anything with the truck. Whenever i get close to my destination turn the tunes off so 100% of your attention is on your surroundings. Especially if it's a new place that you haven't been to yet

Trucks must stay in the right lane on the Interstate. Right? And I need to stop relying on Google Maps before I get in trouble with the truck.

Open interstate right lane is where most of us belong, but you're right when it comes to the cities I refuse to sit in the merge lane.

yes, you can listen to just about any music genre you like.

you can even listen to "books on tapes" or cd's whatever they have these days

you do not want to be watching any sort of tv or movies as you are driving.

yes, you can stop somewhere when you need to.

just try not to stop every hour. make it at the very least 3 to 4 hours, then stop.

the far right lane is for slower traffic. you will be dealing with people coming onto the highway, and they simply do not merge correctly.

you can stay in the second right lane, and cruise.

I listen to satellite radio since the company pays for it. If you use phone to stream music or play podcast or audio books. Just watch out they don't get you for touching phone while driving. That's crazy ticket
