any ideas on how to do pullups otr? (thought bout mirrors but don't want to break)

    Great ideas...
    I was pulling underneath the trailer...
    Resting my feet on the trailer's landing gear cross-member. Grabbing the I beam underneath.
    Did also... grabbing the safety..belts on upper bed and resting my feet on a strap on the wall, above lower bed
    (I have upper bed with buckled belts)

    I seen a driver at Whiskey Petes setup a roll up floor , pull out free weights and a bench , he was ripped and bang clanging for hours right on the blacktop.
    Depends how bad you want to do it.

    YouTube “Keith Weber kettlebell” and buy a kettlebell. Seriously 30 seconds viewing this dudes videos and you’ll see how impressive of a workout you can get with a cheap small piece of equipment.

    I don't think he's saying not to exercise and/or be healthy. Just why the need to look like Arnold.

    what muscles are you trying to target? I do pushups 100 per day that's on a light day. and my fav is dips I love working on my triceps. BTW I look great but don't look like Arnold, for one I rarely use weights of any kind, 2nd I don't need steroids, mostly no need because I don't compete I understand everyone in competition does it. It's pathetic how they look pregnant and they have muscles at least Arnold had form on his body nowadays it's just getting bigger chest shoulders arms legs and forget the belly that's its sticks past the chest. I will never be a mister Olympia

    The main difference for me and any bodybuilder is I am not a bodybuilder I do strength training I do MMA at least every week you can chose be a bodybuilder look like these people above or be a good fighter but there ain't no great bodybuilder whos good at fighting and many have tried.The next and last pic is a great fighter hes no MMA specialties pure boxer he didn't bodybuilder but he could whoop anyone ### here [​IMG]

    Nobody said anything about needing to look like Arnold. Some people take pride in being fit and healthy. I don't look nor do I want to be like Arnold. You should see the stares that I get, working out on my yoga mat in 90 degree heat. I have resistance bands too. Why? Because I most certainly do not want to look like a majority of truckers, and I like being fit. 15 minutes a day..nothing crazy.
