Question....was the Menards DC a 'filler' of a type of run, whilst the 'Covid Spamdemic' had your normal hauls a bit slow?
Don't know if you know....but I don't do asphalt (and flats in the winters, you know I sucked at that, being honest) but pulling paper (well cardboard) for Int'l Paper .....and we NEVER took a dive. Being that folks need BOXES to get the PB&J delivered to their depot of choice (and their TP, don't forget) so.. I was slated as 'essential,' and running many 16 hour days.

Only good that came out of it, is that wife was 'smart' enough (as usual) to put the extra bank in a separate account, she tagged 'OVER AND ABOVE' .... very thoughtful and creative, I must say~!

A few of my 'steel / coil' hauler guys did see some lapse. . . not really peeps on here, just in general. At least you had the option of an 'alternative' haul. I'm hearing that asphalt is 'JUST NOW' picking up. Were I still in THAT hauling line, I'd be starving. . . . methinks.
