And what law did you cite when you sent in court orders?

So you got court orders, without ever suing anybody, from the court to send in to equifax to have something removed and they didn't remove it?

I will never forget the first time, years ago, that a carrier used DAC.

The first applicant kinda had our 'spidy sense' tingling and the response from DAC was mind blowing.

22 jobs in 24 months and EVERY one listed his rebuttal paragraph underneath.

We were not his 23rd employer.

And that was before the lawsuits against DAC!

Why does it have to be court ordered?

Why do you have to sue?

    And no. Equifax never removes

Youre the one claiming you sent in court orders. And yeah. Experience differs.

Well. You don't get nothing accomplished if YOU don't send em in cuz no one else is going to clean up THEIR mess.

    But you know that already.

And they're not always court orders.

    But you know that also.

I'm trying to figure out how you got a court order for anything without going to court, that you make it seem ordered a credit bureau to do something and they ignored it. Was it a divorce kind of thing? A divorce decree that said what you are liable for and what the ex wife was liable for?
