Picture only shows a forklift at the lead of the trailer. Not a class 8 truck.
Makes me think it was only moving the trailer to a staging area?

They may have removed the tractor already. That’s a resident’s front lawn those chickens spilled onto. Driver laid it over. More than likely the flatbed was top heavy with those racks and when it tried to make a turn the truck may have cut it too soon.

Pales in comparison to my "chicken" story ( no, not that chicken) In the 80's, I drove a tri-axle dump truck for an asphalt company. Mondays were usually slow, so, come in Mon. morning, boss dispatches me on the local egg farm ( huge), didn't say why, they just needed a dump truck.( he knew why, but didn't tell me) Fine, off I go, get to the farm, guy says, "yeah, we had a "die off" over the weekend, see Joe 'round back. I goes 'round back, there's Joe, with a backhoe and a PILE of dead chickens, the size of a 3 car garage. I said, "wtf we suppose to do with that"? Joe sez, "guy down the road is digging a hole, you take them there". 6 tri-axle loads of dead chickens, I don't have to tell you what that smelled like. When done, I couldn't get that smell out of the box, even asphalt. When I backed up to the paver next day, the crew almost puked. That was probably the worst thing I did with a truck, almost 30 years ago, and I haven't eaten chicken since.

Maybe your employer should’ve charged a “chicken tax” to get rid of the smell!!!ROTFLMAO

That's the saddest thing I've heard today. I love to eat chicken. I don't drink scotch because of a very strong memory of a violent puking hangover I had when I was 17, though, so I understand.

So you got your truck tar and feathered? Lol
Bad Chickens and brocolli are two of the worst. Freezing them doesn’t even stop the smell.
