I live 4 miles from that crossing and this is the second train hit this year. There is a thread on the last one with video of the Amtrak hitting the truck posted from @Bud A. I believe. I was off Monday. I’m 1/2 mile from the track and a westbound train sat idle there all day. Not normal. This morning the haz mat roll off’s are still sitting there and the road is covered with oily looking funk. The crossing gates were still down when I passed it.

I would avoid that intersection if I were you, @SmallPackage .SmallPackage Thanks this. -
I went to a friends shop down the road from me to help with working on his truck today and guess what he had? The refer unit from the “condiment catastrophe” Great Dane. It helps to be long time buddies with the man who owns the local wrecker service. Lol!Bud A., D.Tibbitt and lovesthedrive Thank this. -
