“Gregg also owns G & J Kartway, which is the home of the Ohio Valley Karting Association since 1964.”

Correction. He used to own it. It will be sold, along with everything else he owns, to cover the cost of lawyers and the forthcoming civil lawsuits.

And this is why company owners and insurance companies are wary of second chance employees.

I guess for the same reason companies gave me a chance. I've said it in previous threads. I have 4 drug misdemeanors and a failed random in my history. Every employer I've been with knows of my history. Owners will take a chance on someone and hope that person's story ends up like mine. Being on the road helped me to finally vanquish those demons. I commend the owner for giving him an opportunity, especially one that the driver was fortunate to have. The owner gambled almost big time unfortunately, as have many other companies. You know though, people screw up in life and it is so much harder to get back in good Grace's. Finally you get right, and all you want is an opportunity. The owner is probably thinking that this guy is on probation, surely he will stay clean and he gave the driver and opportunity. One can get an opportunity in society, and its even harder to get a 2nd opportunity. It's pretty important to make it count

    Ah, it’s here say.
I know of people who used to smoke were in high school, and don’t anymore.
Would that be a reason to fire/impeach them..
    One said he didn’t enhale..

Withrow and Bruce’s vehicles burst into flames upon impact. A passerby was able to pull Bruce from his burning car, but not his four children: Anesa Noel Acosta, 15, Quintin Michael McGowan, 13, Brekkin Riley Bruce, 8, and Trentin Beau Bruce, 6.

    The father's grief... unimaginable.
