Yep. 47 years of hot fun in the sun. It has been ospho’d till paint time. Everytime it’s washed a little more green comes off.

I’m not a square body fan myself. I’ve owned 2 of them. This one was a clean California truck with factory A/C. I converted the 203 transfer case to a Part time ( mile marker), put 3/4 ton axles under it then sold it to my little brother in 2001. ‘77 with an ‘80 grille. 5BBCCC54-2886-45DB-BB74-7AC22AEED8DF.jpeg 61E3108F-C085-4132-B3C1-2CF70185835C.jpeg

It’s quite, it has a nice slow engine ( compare to the fast reving ISX15 ), the ride is nice, it’s smooth and seems to glide down the road, the cab is so open and airy and the driver control are so easy to find and manage.

    tommymonza Thanks this.

I want to out in an air ride front on my pete. Doesn't look to be all that expensive. Just wondering how much of a difference it'll make. Right now my pete is bumpy as hell

    tommymonza and Coffey Thank this.

That is sweet. Short beds are more rare. I like those bodies better than the square bodies, whatever they are called. I especially like those bodies in the Suburbans which are REALLY rare.

    I envy your driveway space.

I wouldn't buy a truck without it. Love it. Smooth as silk.

Those airbags are spendy. I’m thinking of switching mine to aftermarket. The factory ones are easy to change out...no tools required!
