So I Worked For A Temp Driver Company For 1 Day And Did Not Like The Job. I Completed The Day Was Not Assigned A Truck, I Was A Ride Along (Training) And Decided To Pursue Other Opportunities Since I Quit The Job The Company Put A ''Quit Under Dispatch'' On My DAC Report Thats Insane And Spiteful. The Customer Told The Company I Didn't Show Up For 5 Days As A No Call No Show. Will I Have A Problem Finding Employment In The Future? How Long Does It Take To Reflect On Your DAC?

It boils down to "quit under dispatch" which means you were assigned a load but walked off the job before pickup. "quit while under a load" which means you abandoned a load somewhere. HireRight/DAC is not your problem in this situation. Drivers don't really understand how a driver's history is set in the headers. They list the dates worked. Reason for leaving, and rehire status! Most all carriers will take VERY SPECIAL note of a quit as a reason followed by a DO NOT REHIRE! This is a serious red flag. I was speaking to a lady the other day that showed me a fax she got from a carrier that had this. She said that the application found the round file. In all honesty, there is little you can do when an old employer does this. I will also add that part 391 requires this driver's history.

Hand, in your case I would not be overly concerned because of the temp job. I doubt you will have any serious problems because of this.
