Welp...headed back to Wally World lol. Left 6 months ago and realized I made a huge mistake. One of the dumber things I’ve done. Anyway, reapplied, got a phone call the next business day and I’m doing onboarding this coming Monday.

Just found out that of the 3 guys they gave offers to at my DC the other 2 withdrew so it’s just me and one other guy from another DC for onboarding. Hope it goes a little more quickly then when I originally did it with 64 in the class lol.

Quick question...I know it’s been asked before, but can’t remember where...
How much of a pay cut is it to run a 6/3 program instead of a 5/2? I didn’t think it would be all that much, but some drivers I’ve talked to say it’s a huge pay cut.

idk. really depends on your area. i have never been on a 6/3 just for that reason. i like 9 or 10 days on my checks.

    T.Rucker Thanks this.

I just came by the Cullman DC & they have everything setup for Onboarding with the cones, trucks & trailers. It looks like it will be a tight squeeze to get that trailer backed into the slot.
