If the PC Nazis bug you about your PC to Wally World and failure to return to where you started at, advise them that your DM gave you new work after you made the trip to Wally world. You did not advance any load that you were aware of.

    Tough love...

SSB, stop whining and get another job already. This company has gone from great to bad and is heading toward suck with an obvious final destination of Flooded Dumpster Fire. Regardless of the Plutoxin-7 nonsense, other companies are doing very well and will continue to do so. You can do better.

    So do it.

I've gotta get this #### kidney stone treatment done on the 14th of next month. If the hospital visit in May would have cleared them all at once, I would have already been gone, but I can't afford this procedure without insurance, and I also can't risk holding off until after a new company's insurance kicks in (plus paying another full deductible amount). Not to mention, taking that much time off at a new company right after you start doesn't look very good. I just hope and pray this ultrasound procedure works and breaks the kidney stones up. If it doesn't then the only route is surgery, which will require a longer recovery time so the incision on the kidney can heal enough to go back to work (he said ultrasound is not a sure thing, 60-70% chance of success)

Honestly, it had almost looked like things were changing for the better and they weren't going to be as bad of a place as they've been in the past...but Friday dashed those hopes.

Mileage/pay wise, this has been one of my most productive months as a glass hauler. By the time I get this Spring Hill to Church Hill transfer dropped tomorrow, my Garmin nagagator will have mid 12k's on the one digital odometer I use to keep track of my monthly traveled miles. And this includes an above average number of live loads as well.

My last run, after I delivered in Carrollton TX, I ran down to Corsicana TX and picked up a load going east of OKC for the next morning at 5...which required me to split log a break. I was originally preplanned to return to Corsicana and pick up a short run to Grand Prairie, but was pulled off of it and routed to Spring Hill instead. My 70 is getting might thin, so I barely had enough time to make Spring Hill yesterday, and only have 6 on the clock for all of today. As much as this place annoys the crap out of me, I am working about as hard as my logbook will allow.

    Rant time!!!!!!

I have noticed that I have been getting a red light on my Prepass lately at every scale. So, I called safety, thinking that my unit was dying. What I was told was, Wylie isn't renewing Moore's Prepass account...they WANT us to be pulled in and inspected. Safety said that if you're doing your job and inspecting your truck correctly, you won't have any issues. Except a lot of wasted time, and CSA/PSP points when that DOT cop that didn't get any last night, woke up in a foul mood and is hellbent on taking it out on every driver he can...when they want to, they can find something wrong...even if it's something minor. More proof that the false statement that Wylie claims to love their drivers is just pure BS. Daseke got their money's worth when they bought Wylie, they got 2 faces for the price of one...stay very far away from these mega wannabe ########.

I just hope this kidney treatment goes well so I can drive this Mack bulldog hood ornament right up their ###...but I'll have to warn them 1st...so they can pull their head out of it 1st.

    Rant over

Wow...all that wasted time, I guess they are really trying to run you driver's off as fast as possible. Who would Wanna get inspected at every scale?

Even empty I have to sit in line at scales that don't have a bypass lane...and it just occurred to me...I have to go thru the friggin cabbage cop station in FL...with glass.

I have achieved a new level of hatred for these d'bags

Not to mention wasted fuel. All the fuel they save cutting my idling and castrating the power will be wasted getting back up to speed after stopping at every open scale.
