    Thanks guys I guess my second question would be what invoice or BOL do you use? Does the broker initially send one you fill out and send back or do you just make a generic one off a Google template

    BOL, usually supplied by shipper.
    I have a customer I write up my own bol using the generic short form. Sold in the truck stop.

    Invoice, I made my own using WORD.
    Saved to documents. I can fill out and print or send electronically.

    Don't use a factoring company unless you really need it. And ditch them as soon as you have the cushion built up again
