    Sure it will run....but not right. It will be slow to respond and haze a smoke trail the whole time it's in a pull. If your pushing C nozzles with a B pump then your gonna fuel in your oil

    That makes sense I feel like I have those symptoms, I’m gonna get a oil analysis and check those pistons and nozzles ASAP I appreciate your help very much my freind

    Easiest way to know is check the rods. 7FB rods will have nuts on the caps. The wider C rods use bolts.


    Now another scenario is some one stuck a 310hp motor in it thinking all B models are the same. Nothing can be farther from the truth. I don't have a SIS subscription any longer to look it up off the serial number.


    Thing is I don't really wanna give out any advice till I know what were dealing with for sure. Trucks that age could have had any number of changes made

    This motor isn’t the original to the truck so that’s a possibility and I’ve called 2 dealers so far none of them can find me info on the truck based off the serial number I provided them, either that or their to lazy to actually check lol, if I had to guess I’d say based on the performance it’s a 310hp b model but I’m gonna take a look further into it, I’ll check the rods and get back to you with the info if that’s alright with you

    Thank you and I’ll have that to you by tomorow morning, hopefully it’s still there it was a pain just to find the serial number everything’s withered away on this old girl

    Good morning, I checked the turbo I have no plate but on the turbo itself there’s a few set of numbers hopefully this helps I got

    Ok no problem, I’ll do what you said take off the oil pan see what I’m working with I’ll get back to you, thanks again though
