Yep or when the superintendent at the jobsite says " it might be awhile, forklift guy is busy . U got another load lined up after this?"

"Yes sir , appt. 1 hour from now and im 30 minutes away. Had it booked for 2 weeks and they close in 2 hours , i need to be there quick. Its alot of unhappy people if im late. "

followed by " well #### , dont worry, we will get u unloaded ASAP"

LOL figured out how effective that was when i actually had a load like that. I may or may not have used that about 15 other times when i didnt have anything booked, just to get unloaded faster :D

Stayed up till 6am can’t sleep at home. Also drove with a low tire on the car, just to add some excitement to the day. I could have filled it, but I like to live on the edge sometimes.

Additional interior Cascadia mods. Part #2

When I mounted my CB it had this leftover tray that I had grown quite fond of for stashing a pen, my airbuds and some lip balm. I repurposed it. Here’s how.

I lined it up with an existing dash screw/ hole, and then I used a pair of scissors to “drill” a hole through it. The plastic is soft so it was easy. I used that as the main mounting point. I used a piece of Velcro for the other side. The dash has no additional holes and remained completely stock.

Most trucker thing of the day so far-

    I'll let the forum decide.

    1) My exterior work lights mounted on my fairings have basically rusted to where the backs had giant holes in them, and were falling off the mounting brackets.

These and associated hardware have gone to the rubbish can.

    2) Had 0700 appointment. Started 14 clock at like 0630. Get here. "We don't start until 0800."
