One dark night, around three am, a few miles east of the Petro past Kingman Arizona. An unbelievably large black crow-like bird flew into my path. It swooped up. I thought it was going to hit the windshield. I saw it clear for about one second. The wingspan looked like five feet across. And here is the kicker.
I could swear it had two heads.

Creepiest stretch of road for me is the exit ramp to any scalehouse. Heart rate increases, mouth goes dry and I get a knot in my stomach.

I counted 55 dead deer on the 60ish mile stretch from Belle Fourche to Broadus on my last trip through there. Kinda crazy that so many here think that road is creepy. It's a little creepy I guess. I got a baptism by fire my first trip to Seattle running that stretch in a blowing snowstorm. I also saw a big wolf cross the road on that pass at Ashland.

I swear I saw a ghost on the side of the road about 4:30 am in Lame Deer one morning.

No it was a bit after that heading west. After you go up the hill past where there is now a roundabout, up the hill and then just as you start going down the hill.

Texas State Hwy 277 between Del Rio and Sonora in the Dry Devil’s River area and around the Loma Alta Store. Has a horrible history.
Any stretch of US 87, 181, 281, or I -37 in the midnight thru 8am hrs south or east of San Antonio in fog so dense you can’t see past your radiator grill.

Creepy thing happened to me last week. I was at a customer unloading at 2AM. The place is out in the sticks, and there was nobody there except me.

Until the dude popped out from behind the pile of sand they have stockpiled. He just stood there smoking a cigarette, watching me unload. He was probably 30 yards away, so I didn't worry too much. He didn't approach me, and I didn't feel threatened. He then disappeared into the trees.

    THAT was creepy!
