2019 lonestar maps not updating

    Hey everyone I purchased a new 2019 lonestar came with the screen in the dash with maps and other features. The dealership is unable to help me in updating the maps. It doesn't show highways that have been in place for years. they can't even find me a brochure on how to use the screen and all the features. just wondering if anyone has had same issues?

    International does not make the gps. It is supplied by another company like Rand McNally. I don't know the specific model they come with either, but probably something like the IntelliRoute tnd 710. Either way, updating instructions will be available at the Rand McNally website.
