95 FLD120 air leak under dash

    My FLD 120 had a bad air leak under the dash. Only when the pedal or hand valve is applied. It is coming from one of the sensors in the aluminum block just behind the steering column. I think it is the 2nd switch down, has 2 slide on connectors. I am working to get the block out from under the dash so I can see it better, but does anyone have a diagram of what the switches are for, or know what that one does? Will be needing to find a replacement. I am thinking it is for the brake lights since it is leaking only when the brakes are applied.

    Probably cruise control press switch, had same symptoms on 07 columbia. Apparently it's quite a common failure I found out after searching around the internet.

    Locate it. Take it out. There should be a part number on it.

    The brake light switch and the low air warning switch are close to where you are hearing the leak, 2 more switches that control the cruz control and idle up and down controls are above the brake light switch? Find the one thats leaking and drain all the air out of tanks and pull the one thats leaking and take it to F/liner to get a new one be carefull with the cruz, and idle up air switch can be diff. some air on make cruz. work and other years air off make it work be sure to get the same part num. switch?
