10spd, DD15, twin screw. The engine is brand new (one poor decision of many during my inaugural 2yrs).
Looking but can't find any pictures on this phone. Its pretty much a generic white freightliner century condo, though.

Hiring a driver as a 1099 is lurky water and can lead you into a lot of IRS fines and having to payback tax withholding.

When I was in school. I drove a ten speed manual. And since I've been otr. I had a 13 manual and two automatics. All company trucks.
Personally I don't like the automatic s. They are built for fuel economy and not for work. The one I'm in now is a 12 speed. I'm in 11th great, literally at 35 mph. No speed or hauling torque. I can't stand it. On the lock in manual option. I get better power. More wheel control. But when I shift it up. I lose it all and have to start back at the beginning of the next gear. Great fuel mileage, not great power.
My first truck will be a manual. And no super singles. -
