I have a 2015 cascadia with a dd15 engine. The engine makes a miss fire at a temperature between 150 and 165 at low speeds from 600 to 900 rpm usually when I start driving. So far I have changed twice the injectors, injector harnes, ecm, fuel quantity valve, delta presure sensor and cleaned pipe, intake valve , checked the fuel system for leek three times. All this was done on ww williams under warranty, and they still can't find the problem. Has anyone had a similar problem.

Was a valve clearance check done? What cylinders are misfiring? Did you do a relative compression test?

I was a company driver that had a 2010 Freightliner with a pre-emisions dd15. I would get about 2 dead misses a day, traveling at highway speeds. I couldn't find anyone who could diagnose the problem. Finally one day, the fuel rail failed, and diesel sprayed all over the engine. I took these two pictures while the mechanic ran to Joplin and picked up the part. The dead misses was the engine sucking air.

I saw a little wet in the same place as in the picture. Maybe that's a problem, and I'll take a look. Thank you very much I will post if there are any changes when I fix it.

They finally found out what the problem was. The fuel filter housing had a leak so they changed it, and they changed the fuel pump and fuel lines. I now have a complete new fuel system

Oh good! I wonder if they ran an FSIC routine to determine that. THank you for reporting back!
