That dude who shot the video seems pretty torn up. It seems to me like he was involved if he was that shook up. I completely agree that people need to put their phones down and not film everything, especially accidents though.

He could've been helping except for one thing, people weren't screaming at him to help, they were just asking him to move and asking pretty nicely. To me that hints that he wasn't just a bystander in the way.

Seems like mjd's source should be called "CDL DEATH",,, just saying, can't have zero risk, and some will always die. It's just the way our world is set up.

There's actually a longer video version of the one posted here on YouTube. It appears he was in a big truck behind the wreck that had gotten stopped in time in the slow lane. Other big trucks were honking their horns for him (it seems) to clear out of the way so they could get past in the slow lane.

I wouldnt be surprised if the dead were in that grey pickup that was manngled and rolled into one of the trailers.

That blue International is GONE(and unfortunately possibly the driver with it),along with that upside down minivan or crossover(it’s either a Dodge Caravan or Journey, definitely a Dodge though). If the drivers of those two vehicles survived it would be nothing short of a miracle!

To be crushed between 160,000 lbs. No good words can describe that.
