So the company had their annual reviews. Typically they wait to do them on the drivers year anniversary But since the pandemic they’re knocking em out early . They go over your CSA scores which I don’t even have one, incidents and overall performance.. which I had no incidents and was solid performance wise. Ended up walking out with a 3 dollar raise.

Went back to look at some of those Schneider checks and I’m grateful for the experience I can gladly say never again. Left Schneider was weekly pay(yes A full weeks check), right is fuel hauling paid biweekly.surf_avenue and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this. -
Left is my lowest check fuel hauling and that was at the start of the pandemic after half the crew was laid off and we were only doing 2 a night and going home on top of just a 4 day work week. Right was my best week with schneider only my second check grossing over 1k. (The only other was my 1st week solo which made no sense.) dedicated account, grabbing preloads and just running till I had no hours.surf_avenue, scythe08, Gearjammin' Penguin and 1 other person Thank this. -
congratz man! I no longer haul tanks but feel like I landed a fine gig.
First is current pay, took a week off to relax minus the cruise cause virus.
